Since Peter Johanson established the company in the late 1970’s, it has been involved in many custom construction projects as well as all aspects of yacht repair and maintenance. In recent years the company has included creation of distinctive interiors for power yachts to it’s repertoire of services, a few of which have been displayed in the water at the Maine Boats and Harbors Show.

At our service facility we store and tend to our charter fleet as well as other numerous private yachts. From haul out in the Fall to re-launch in the Spring we meticulously care for each vessel as if it were our own. We are a full service yard with crew experienced in rigging, finish work, awlgrip, fiberglass, carpentry, mechanical, engine, and electrical systems including installations and maintenance. Our highly trained crew are all committed to delivering only the best in service to you.
