Yacht Storage at Johanson Boatworks

Looking for yacht storage in Midcoast Maine? We currently offer inside & outside yacht storage at our repair facility on Rt 90 in Rockland, Maine. We arrange the haul out/launch and trucking to/from our site as well as the removal and re-stepping of your mast. We plan to add a third indoor storage building to our facility this summer. This should add 8 mid-size slots for inside storage for this winter 2009.

Every boat stored at our facility must have at minimum the systems winterized in the Fall and then re-commissioned in the Spring in order to adequately protect the boat. The boats stored outside are covered in shrink wrap with a door for winter access. We also offer storage for dinghies, outboards, sails, etc.

Our main building contains three heated working bays which are utilized for repair projects. We have also added a large 'state-of-the-art' paint spray building. The Fall is the best time to plan and schedule your winter work. We are happy to discuss and make recommendations for repairs, and upgrades, and also answer any questions you may have.
